Meet the Team

Lorene Dillard
I am a busy mom of our three children for twenty-six years. I have two sons who are both diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Having children with Autism, both of which were diagnosed at a very early age, has brought an entirely different insight into Autism and the importance of early intervention. This amazing journey has allowed me to find a way to assist others.
Early in my journey, I began working with local non-profit organizations in the San Antonio area, both as an Outreach Coordinator which ultimately led me to working as an Advocate in the San Antonio and surrounding counties. With the power and support of wonderful non-profit organizations in our area, I was able to quickly advance to an administrative role and oversee parenting programs which would be able to assist families of children with disabilities, both in Advocacy and in Parenting. With the ability to write grants, and secure funding for these programs, I was able to work with this non-profit towards successfully serving over 600 families of children birth to age 22 annually!
In 2014, due to the needs of my own family, I chose to leave the non-profit field and open my own business to help families. Branching on my own would to allow me to work with the schedule of my family needs and to focus on the areas of educational consulting and disability support which reflected the current communities ever changing needs. With the knowledge and training I have accumulated in over 20 years of working with families, as well as being a parent myself, I am able to assist families truly relate and access the needs of their child and family within their community.
